Prior to his return to Ireland, Declan O'Halloran worked for ten years in Boston, Massachusetts, decorating both residential and large scale commercial and educational contracts that included Harvard and Boston Universities. Returning to his native Co. Clare in 2007, he set up his own painting company, and is now a well-established professional in the area.
